Trainer

Support the development of production employees by delivering training, maintaining training materials, and ensuring operators are competent to perform their jobs safely and effectively. You will work closely with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams to build workforce capability and support operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding, technical, and refresher training for production employees.
• Prepare and maintain training materials, assessments, and certification records.
• Coordinate training schedules with Production, Engineering, and Maintenance teams.
• Assess employee competency and manage operator certification and recertification.
• Promote quality awareness and support continuous learning across the production floor.
• Provide training support to production while ensuring compliance with safety and company standards.
• Diploma, STPM, or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a test manufacturing or electronics manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on experience operating test handlers, testers, or related manufacturing equipment.
• Good communication skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Good to have

• Experience in delivering technical or operator training.
• Knowledge of competency management, certification, or training record systems.
• Good presentation and facilitation skills.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about developing people.
• Able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
