Lead Crews. Build Big Projects. Make an Impact.

We are looking for an experienced, hands-on Millwright Foreman to lead field crews on agricultural and industrial construction projects. If you have a background in grain bins, silos, structural steel, conveyors, material-handling systems, or millwright work and enjoy leading from the front, this is an opportunity to take ownership of high-impact projects while working with a strong, hardworking team.

This is a working foreman role. You will organize the crew, solve problems in the field, maintain a safe and productive jobsite, and help deliver quality work customers can rely on.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and work alongside millwright and construction crews on agricultural and industrial projects
  • Install and assemble grain bins, silos, steel buildings, conveyors, bucket elevators, dryers, augers, and other grain-handling equipment
  • Read blueprints, equipment drawings, installation manuals, and site plans
  • Coordinate daily jobsite activities, crew assignments, material staging, and project priorities
  • Perform layout, measurements, alignment, bolting, rigging, welding, and mechanical assembly
  • Work safely around cranes, telehandlers, forklifts, lifts, and other heavy equipment
  • Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to company quality standards
  • Train and mentor crew members while maintaining accountability and a positive team environment
  • Communicate with project managers, customers, vendors, and field personnel to resolve issues and keep work moving
  • Travel to project sites as needed, approximately 60% of the time

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in millwright wo rk, agricultural construction, structural steel, industrial equipment installation, or grain-handling systems
  • Previous experience as a Foreman, Leadman, Crew Lead, or Superintendent preferred
  • Experience with grain bins, silos, conveyors, bucket elevators, dryers, augers, steel buildings, or material-handling equipment is highly preferred
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot field installation challenges
  • Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and installation specifications
  • Experience with rigging, welding, bolting, layout, alignment, and mechanical assembly
  • Comfortable working at heights, outdoors, in changing weather conditions, and around heavy equipment
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel and work overtime when project schedules require it
  • OSHA 10/30, welding certifications, rigging certifications, CDL, or NCCER credentials are a plus

What We Offer

  • $35-$40/hr, depending on experience
  • Per diem while traveling
  • Paid accommodations while traveling
  • Paid travel expenses
  • Consistent work with a growing company
  • Opportunity to lead crews and build your career in agricultural and industrial construction
  • A team-oriented environment where hard work, safety, and quality matter
