Overview The Target National Account Manager (NAM) – Foods Portfolio is responsible for leading day-to-day management of Quaker’s Foods business at Target, representing a significant portion of the total Quaker portfolio. This role focuses on driving execution across Ready-to-Eat (RTE), Hot Cereals, Meals, and Pancake Mix & Syrup (PMC), delivering against annual revenue, share, and profitability objectives. This position plays a critical role in ensuring strong in-market execution, operational excellence, and consistent delivery of business plans, while partnering closely with internal cross-functional teams and supporting broader Target account strategy. Responsibilities Own day-to-day management of the Quaker Foods portfolio at Target, including RTE, Hots, Meals, and PMC categories (~$45–50MM business) Develop and execute customer-specific plans to deliver against revenue, share, and profitability targets Lead ongoing business management with Target buyer(s), including assortment, merchandising, pricing, and promotional execution Conduct regular analysis of business performance to identify risks and opportunities, delivering actionable insights to drive growth Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Insights, Supply Chain, and Shopper Marketing to ensure aligned planning and flawless execution Support the development and execution of annual operating plans, forecasts, and periodic business reviews Manage key operational processes, including item setup, pricing updates, contract execution, and vendor funding mechanics within Target systems Ensure strong communication and alignment with field sales teams to drive execution of in-store programs and initiatives Develop compelling, fact-based selling stories leveraging syndicated data and shopper insights Identify and implement process improvements and best practices to enhance team effectiveness and customer execution Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $110,700 - $185,250. Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range during the hiring process. Bonus based on performance and eligibility target payout is 15% of annual salary paid out annually. Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement.
