We’re Hiring: HR Generalist — Mid-Level
Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle recruitment activities, including job posting, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Maintain employee records, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
- Assist in performance evaluation follow-ups and employee progress tracking.
- Support HR policies, internal communication, and employee engagement activities.
- Coordinate with managers to understand hiring needs and team requirements.
- Help improve HR workflows, documentation, and internal processes.
- Use AI tools and digital systems to make HR work faster, more organized, and more efficient.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
1.5 to 3 years of experience in HR, preferably in a software, tech, startup, or fast-paced environment.
Good understanding of recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, leaves, and HR documentation.
Experience with sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Facebook groups, referrals, and job platforms.
Good knowledge of HR policies, employee files, contracts, and basic labor law practices.
Strong communication, follow-up, and coordination skills.
Very good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good command of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets.
Comfortable using HR systems, digital tools, and AI tools to organize and improve HR work.
Good English level, especially in writing emails and professional communication.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and follow up with different departments.
Proactive personality with a learning mindset and problem-solving attitude.
