Safety Staff

• HSE Business Partner : Support EM project for Machine installation and release including the contractor process.
• Contractor Management : Responsible for Safety brief training for urgent case, Tool/Equipment inspection, Contractor inspection, Proxy to approve and close safety work permit in-case of HSEBP unavailable.
• Environmental Monitoring : Support only checking the environmental point at working area.
• Waste management : Manifest report(กอ.02) process, Waste audit, Waste disposal record.
• Emergency equipment inspection except fire extinguisher (monthly).
• Support HSE administration : Invoice record, Stationary controls, PPE Control stock and other as supervisor assign.
• Inspection : Transportation Inspection, support learn to see.
• Chemical management : Translate SDS to HmjP Template, Release chemical label, support yearly report(สอ.1,I-single form), New chemical report(สอ.1).
• HSE Communication : Create poster for #SustainabilityLikeaBosch, Near Miss and others depends on HSE activities.
• Training & Development : Orientation materials and process, and update material training as assigned.
• Medical management : Canteen Audit(All Scope).
• Others Job as assigned by supervisor.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related engineering field.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in a dedicated safety role within a manufacturing industry.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams for safety improvement and complaint management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Good communication skills in English.
• Keen observational skills, strong crisis management abilities, and proficiency with safety compliance tracking software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with employees at all levels.
• Attention to detail and the ability to enforce safety procedures and protocols.
