Your Job
This role is responsible for supporting digital catalog operations, procurement platform management, supplier coordination, and ServiceNow-related enhancements within the IT procurement environment. The position partners with internal stakeholders and suppliers to improve catalog quality, streamline procurement processes, and support project and operational needs across regions.
What You Will Do
Catalog Management
- Create and govern digital procurement catalogs to ensure they are comprehensive, accurate, and user-friendly.
- Deliver responsive, value-driven quote support while maintaining proactive supplier engagement.
- Coordinate supplier marketplace updates and platform changes.
Catalog Optimization and System Enhancement support
- Partner with procurement and IT teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and support system enhancements.
- Support ServiceNow enhancement requests and contribute to continuous platform improvement.
- Serve as a subject matter resource for IT procurement systems and tools, including support for ServiceNow and cross-team knowledge sharing.
- Provide ServiceNow-related support to internal teams and help identify practical solutions and alternatives based on business needs.
Stakeholder/Cross Function Relationship management
- Collaborate with stakeholders to collect, clarify, and document procurement requirements, including enhancement requests.
- Support and coordinate ongoing and upcoming IT projects related to procurement operations.
- Conduct pricing analysis, spend reporting to support sourcing decisions and value optimization.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Knowledge of digital procurement catalogs, supplier marketplaces, and procurement operations.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow and IT procurement systems.
- Ability to gather and translate business requirements into process or system improvements.
- Comes with Strong Critical/Economic Thinking and Transformation mindset
- Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Analytical capability, including pricing and Market analysis with insights to drive independent decision making.
- Supplier coordination and relationship management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset.
- 3 + years' Experience of working in the Finance/Procurement domain
- Understanding of EU Import/Export regulations will be an added advantage.
