Job Description

Location Liège

You will be embedded within the maintenance department. You will play a key role in coordinating competency development and training initiatives, ensuring operational readiness and knowledge continuity across the organisation.

• Developing and managing training plans in collaboration with department managers, analysing individual development plans to ensure quality, consistency, and alignment with both technical and safety requirements (vocational passport, safety, design, on-call duty, etc.)
• Identifying training needs and drafting technical specifications to design targeted training programmes tailored to the specific requirements of the maintenance department and wider operational zones
• Driving the onboarding and development of new employees, overseeing the implementation of personalised development plans to ensure technicians reach full operational capability as quickly as possible
• Implementing and monitoring critical knowledge transfer plans, ensuring that key technical expertise is retained and maintained within the organisation over time
• Overseeing on-the-job training initiatives, ensuring consistent follow-up and accurate recording in individual training files, and conducting training observations to evaluate quality and effectiveness

Your Profile

• A Master's degree in a technical field (electromechanics or equivalent), combined with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar experience with a knowledge of this type of environnement
• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, handle complex subjects with rigour, and synthesise information effectively to support sound decision-making
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating assertiveness, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset that enables you to work effectively with both technical teams and management stakeholders
• A proactive and structured approach to competency development, with experience in designing or coordinating training programmes, conducting needs analyses, and supporting continuous improvement of learning processes
• Prior experience in a nuclear or energy environment is considered a strong asset, particularly familiarity with the specific regulatory and operational context of nuclear power generation
