What you'll do
- Support and help manage 360º creative marketing campaigns end-to-end, from concept to delivery, creating concepts, ads and landing pages.
- Create and support new Bandsintown concepts through storytelling and brand building.
- Understand and align with the marketing strategy, proposing new opportunities and channels from a creative standpoint.
- Help create concepts, briefs, and copywriting for a variety of assets including social media ads, email marketing, landing pages, OOH, and more.
- Contribute to the social media strategy, helping ensure creative consistency and performance-driven content across platforms.
- Work closely with the design, video, and audiovisual production teams to bring ideas from concept to execution at the highest quality.
- Conduct market research and trend scouting to inform strategic decisions and recommend new content formats, platforms, and ideas.
- Analyze campaign results and identify opportunities to improve the performance of the assets we create.
Who you are
- Native-level proficiency in English and Spanish; French is a highly valued asset.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of experience in creative roles such as Copywriter, Junior Creative, or Strategist, with a strong portfolio across digital and traditional media.
- A keen aesthetic sense and high level of taste, with the ability to provide clear, actionable feedback on visual and textual elements.
- Hands-on ability to produce basic design formats (e.g., social media posts) and proficiency in design tools like Figma or Canva.
- Familiarity with (or a strong desire to master) AI image and video generation tools such as Midjourney or Runway.
- Motion design skills are a significant plus.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, capable of communicating complex ideas simply and persuasively.
- Proactive, self-driven, and comfortable navigating a fast-paced, digital-first environment with autonomy.
- Exceptional attention to detail, critical thinking, and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Based in or willing to relocate to Madrid, with the flexibility to travel to Montreal for onboarding.
