Are you ready to become the strategic bridge between the departments of a world-class aviation group's Business Service Center? We are looking for a senior professional to join the Budapest center to lead Internal Stakeholder Management and operational excellence. In this role, you will act as a key contact for international business partners, managing internal client relationships at an executive level, ensuring that expectations are aligned with the GBS operations.

Job description •

Stakeholder Engagement: Acting as the primary point of contact for international business partners to understand their needs and manage service demand

Escalation Management: Managing the end-to-end escalation process, conducting root-cause analysis, and ensuring mutually satisfactory resolutions

Performance Monitoring: Proactively monitoring operational KPIs and metrics on behalf of the Head of GBS to ensure SLA compliance

Performance Reviews: Preparing strategic materials for performance review meetings with executive-level stakeholders and service line managers

Process Insight: Collaborating with Global Process Owners and Continuous Improvement teams to identify process inefficiencies

Requirements •

University degree

10+ years of professional experience , ideally within a Global Business Services (GBS) or Shared Service (SSC) environment

Fluent English

Proven experience in communicating at the Executive Management level

Excellent relationship management skills; a strong ability to bridge differences between stakeholders

Strong analytical skills with the ability to distinguish between details and the "big picture"

Adaptability, resilience, and the ability to manage multiple complex subjects in a multi-cultural environment

Target-driven mindset and ability to work independently

A passion for operational excellence and continuous improvement
