DevOps Engineer (AWS)

Working as a Senior DevOps Engineer you will

Architect, deploy, and maintain scalable AWS cloud environments .

Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters , with a strong focus on AWS EKS .

Write and evolve Infrastructure as Code (IaC) utilizing Terraform .

Establish and support seamless CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions .

Automate deployment workflows and routine infrastructure operations .

Implement robust High Availability (HA) architectures and Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.

Oversee comprehensive system monitoring, logging, and alerting mechanisms.

Partner directly with development teams to design efficient application architectures .

Enforce strict cloud security standards to protect the infrastructure.

Qualifications •

5+ years of commercial background in DevOps , with proven experience functioning as a Senior DevOps Engineer .

3+ years of hands-on expertise within the AWS ecosystem (including VPC, IAM, S3, RDS Aurora, Lambda, CloudWatch, ALB/NLB, and VPNs).

3+ years of experience managing Kubernetes , including at least 2 years directly handling AWS EKS (covering Ingress, Autoscaling, Helm, RBAC, and production troubleshooting).

Strong command of Terraform for building multi-environment setups.

Deep understanding of Docker containerization.

Proficiency in designing and managing GitHub Actions for containerized apps, automated testing, and release management.

Solid Python scripting skills for automating technical tasks.

Practical background in configuring web hosting for Node.js applications.

Administrative knowledge of MySQL databases.

Experience integrating and configuring Cloudflare (both CDN and WAF).

Competency with Git version control and strong Linux administration skills.

Good grasp of core network protocols ( TCP, UDP, DNS, HTTP/S , etc.).

Capability to set up monitoring tools and manage reliable backup procedures.

Background in supporting Web application delivery.

Proactive mindset with communicative English skills.
