Role Overview 🚀

As a Project Manager at Benifex, you will join the UK & Ireland services team, delivering projects for a diverse portfolio of customers. You’ll be responsible for managing multiple client implementations and renewals across the full project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality delivery and strong client outcomes. This is a highly client-facing role, with a strong focus on communication, organisation, and stakeholder management. With structured onboarding, ongoing training, and support from experienced leaders, you’ll quickly develop the skills to deliver projects the Benifex way while building your career in a fast-growing environment.

Responsibilities 🤘

Manage a portfolio of projects across multiple customers, ensuring delivery to time, scope, and quality expectations

Act as the main point of contact for clients, leading regular meetings and maintaining strong relationships

Coordinate delivery across project phases including discovery, design, build, testing, and go-live

Balance multiple projects at different stages, effectively prioritising tasks and managing competing deadlines

Maintain project plans, documentation, and RAID logs to ensure effective tracking and governance

Support customer testing and implementation activities, ensuring a smooth delivery experience

Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless project outcomes

Monitor project risks and issues, escalating where required to ensure successful delivery

Spend significant time engaging with customers via virtual meetings and communication channels

What are we looking for? 🔎

2–5 years’ experience as a Project Manager or in a similar role

Experience working with external clients or in a customer-facing environment

Strong communication skills with the confidence to lead discussions and build client relationships

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive approach to delivery

Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams

Energy, engagement, and curiosity – with a genuine interest in delivering great customer outcomes
