About the Role

Haarslev is seeking a customer-focused Route Sales Driver to join our Commercial Service team. This role combines professional commercial driving with relationship-building and sales support. As a Route Sales Driver, you'll safely transport products to and from customer locations while serving as the face of Haarslev. You'll build strong customer relationships, identify opportunities for additional products and services, and collaborate with our Service and Sales teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

· Safely operate a commercial vehicle (Class B CDL or higher) to pick up and deliver products.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular site visits.

· Serve as a trusted advisor and advocate for customers by understanding their needs and providing outstanding service.

· Identify opportunities to recommend additional parts and service solutions.

· Communicate customer feedback, market trends, and competitive information to internal teams.

· Collaborate with Service, Parts, and Capital Sales to ensure customers receive timely support.

· Maintain accurate records using CRM and other business systems.

· Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.

· Participate in an on-call rotation as needed.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For

· High school diploma or GED.

· Valid Class B CDL (or higher).

· Previous customer service experience required.

· Safe driving record and commitment to workplace safety.

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to build lasting customer relationships.

· Basic computer and smartphone proficiency.

· Experience using CRM software is a plus.

· Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time management skills.

· Service-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering value to customers.

Travel Requirements

· Travel is required approximately 80% of the work week (4 out of 5 days).

· Overnight travel is expected.

· Occasional after-hours or on-call support may be required.

· International travel is not currently required but may become necessary in the future.
