ACG_3688_JOB Our client is a leading manufacturer in the electrical cable industry, seeking an experienced professional to join their firm. Role Purpose: Plan, direct and coordinate project-sales activities to grow project revenue and increase the specification and coverage of products in new and potential projects nationwide. Develop project-channel market-entry, sales and key-product plans, policies and pricing approaches. Research projects, customer needs, competitors and market conditions to support commercial decisions. Build relationships with investors, design consultants, M&E contractors, construction firms and dealers. Act as the main commercial contact for project and tender sales contracts, technical dossiers and product-quality matters. Assess project risks, maintain risk reports and establish mitigation or contingency plans. Lead, train and evaluate the Project Sales team against sales and execution KPIs. Manage customer care, complaint resolution and development of new project-channel relationships. Requirements Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, International Business, Project Management, Economics or a related field. At least 7 years in project sales within electrical equipment or lighting, including 3–5 years in a comparable management role; experience in a large company or multinational is preferred. English is required for daily communication, business documents and contracts. Key Stakeholders: Internal: Sales Division leadership, Technical, Quality, Finance, Logistics and dealer-sales teams. External: Investors, project owners, design consultants, M&E contractors, construction companies, dealers, joint-selling partners and suppliers.
