Job description

Freshworks is looking for a Technical Curriculum Developer to join our growing Revenue Enablement team. 

In this role, you'll create engaging technical learning experiences for our Solution Engineers, Professional Services teams, Channel Partners, and other customer-facing technical teams to confidently position, demonstrate, and implement Freshworks solutions. 

You'll collaborate closely with Product, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Product Marketing, Sales, and Subject Matter Experts to translate complex technical concepts into scalable, application-focused learning experiences. 

Whether you're designing technical certifications, interactive eLearning, hands-on learning activities, demo guides, or technical playbooks, your work will directly improve technical readiness and customer outcomes. 

What You'll Do

  • Design engaging technical learning experiences including eLearning, certifications, simulations, job aids, and learning paths for Solution Engineers, Professional Services, Channel Partners, and other technical customer-facing teams. 
  • Partner with Product, Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Product Marketing, and SMEs to translate complex technical concepts into practical, scalable learning. 
  • Build technical certifications, readiness programs, and assessments that prepare teams to confidently position, demo, and implement Freshworks solutions. 
  • Develop technical enablement assets such as demo guides, playbooks, reference materials, and competitive enablement content. 
  • Create modern digital learning experiences using tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), multimedia, and interactive learning techniques. 
  • Measure learning effectiveness through assessments, learner feedback, and business outcomes, continuously improving programs based on data. 
  • 5-8 years designing technical learning curriculum, or enablement programs in a SaaS or technology company
  • Experience creating learning for technical customer-facing audiences such as Solution Engineering, Professional Services, Customer Success, Partner Enablement, or Customer Education
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging digital learning experiences 
  • Experience developing eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) or similar authoring tools 
  • Strong instructional design, technical writing, and stakeholder management skills
  • Familiarity with SaaS platforms, integrations, APIs, or enterprise software
  • Experience designing technical certifications or assessments is a plus 
  • Experience with AI-powered learning tools or content creation is a plus

This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations of 3 days/ week (Tuesday - Thursday) from our Downtown Boston office. 

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000 - $142,000. This role is also eligible for a target bonus. 

Compensation is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to location, experience, job-related skills, and level.
