We are looking for an ambitious Agency Account Manager who will play a crucial role in managing our existing Clients.
What You’ll Do
Upsell: Work with existing clients to maximize client satisfaction, retention and growth; propose new ideas, alternative services for clients
Optimization: Work as a liaison between clients and internal departments to operate campaign management, and to achieve higher performance
Retention: Work closely with clients to ensure the campaigns’ achievement and satisfaction to ensure the contract renewal at the highest level
