As our Account Executive, you’ll:
The Solutions Consultant role is a trusted pre-sales advisor across a broad product range, supporting commercial efforts across all the Revenue functions within GWI.
This role will sit within the Subject Matter Experts team. This team works closely with both the sales teams in order to create and curate proactive solutions for the client’s challenges, helping to drive commercial growth across GWI’s data and insight products.
Solutions Consultants work across a number of verticals, supporting opportunities for a wide array of clients and prospects, from Fortune 500 well-known companies to smaller scale-ups and boutique agencies.
What you’ll be doing:
As a Solutions Consultant, every day is different. You will be working across multiple opportunities and established accounts, with the ultimate goal of helping the sales teams drive revenue growth. The goals for this role include:
- To become an industry expert embedded in the sales process.
- To drive efficiency and effectiveness in sales cycles by supporting pre-sales efforts across the product suite.
- To support all commercial teams with proactive engagement and insights excellence.
- To elevate GWI’s competitive position by showcasing insights through data storytelling capabilities.
- To foster a culture of expertise, collaboration, and measurable impact.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with commercial teams and technical experts to align GWI solutions with client needs.
- Possesses a strong data analysis skill set to interpret complex datasets and bring insights to life for customers.
- Creating accessible, customer-facing content that helps clients understand and engage with GWI’s value.
- Collaborating with sales teams to build compelling, proactive content from a variety of asset deliverables, clearly articulating GWI’s value proposition and technical differentiation.
- Becoming a trusted advisor for customers and internal teams.
- Facilitating project management across tasks to streamline workflows, enhancing with automation where possible.
- Support commercial conversations, steering solutions towards our abilities, limitations, timelines, and pricing.
- Support training and enablement for internal sales teams on GWI’s product capabilities, differentiation, and technical benefits
- Delivering both internal and external presentations showcasing our value.
- Analyzing data and creating insightful stories and trends based on findings in our platform

- Proven work experience in a market research or insights role, including a significant amount of time with a research agency
- Commercial acumen is essential, both understanding of client businesses and putting deliverables into a commercial context
- Experience writing imaginative proposals and designing research studies for clients
- Confident in working with large, and sometimes complex, datasets
