• *Job Title: GCP IAM Engineer** **Position Overview:** We are seeking a GCP IAM Engineer to support the implementation and operation of Identity and Access Management (IAM) controls across Google Cloud Platform (GCP) environments. This individual will be responsible for securely onboarding enterprise applications by implementing IAM policies, provisioning access through Infrastructure as Code, and supporting identity governance in a regulated environment. **Must-Have Skills:** Candidates should have most or all of the following: - 3-5 years of cloud engineering or Identity & Access Management experience - Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) IAM - Experience configuring IAM roles, bindings, and service accounts - Strong Terraform fundamentals and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience - Experience working with Git and pull workflows - Python scripting experience for automation and validation tasks - Understanding of least-privilege access models and cloud security best practices - Experience working within change management and release processes - Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills **Preferred Skills:** - Enterprise GCP environment experience - Experience supporting regulated or highly controlled environments (banking, financial services, etc.) - Familiarity with identity governance and access management concepts - Experience supporting application onboarding into cloud environments **Core Responsibilities:** - Provision and manage IAM roles, bindings, and service accounts across GCP projects - Implement least-privilege access models for application onboarding - Support runtime identities, human access, and privileged access processes - Develop and maintain IAM configurations using Terraform - Support Git-based deployment and change management workflows - Ensure infrastructure changes follow enterprise governance standards - Support secure onboarding of enterprise applications into GCP - Implement identity integrations and role mappings aligned with enterprise standards - Produce onboarding documentation, deployment evidence, and audit artifacts - Troubleshoot IAM-related access issues and partner with platform, networking, and security teams to resolve problems - Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures - Support continuous improvement of IAM processes and onboarding standards **Contract Terms:** - 6-month contract to hire - Location: 100% Onsite in Plano, TX
