Environmental Services Tech II $18.00–$19.16/hour | PRN | 1st or 2nd Shift The Lutheran Home

The Lutheran Home is hiring a PRN Environmental Services Tech II to support our community across multiple service areas. This role is designed for candidates with a higher skill level who can provide flexible support wherever operational needs exist. Team members in this position will be cross-trained across departments and service areas within Lutheran Home, allowing them to step in where needed and make an immediate impact.

What You’ll Do

Maintain cleanliness and sanitation throughout Lutheran Home’s service areas and resident care environments

Clean resident rooms, common areas, restrooms, and other assigned spaces

Support a safe, tidy, and welcoming environment for residents, families, and team members

Assist with floor care and general housekeeping duties as assigned

Follow cleaning and infection control protocols to uphold community standards

Provide coverage and support across departments based on operational needs

Contribute to the comfort, dignity, and well-being of residents through quality environmental services

Schedule: PRN

1st Shift: 7:00am–3:00pm

2nd Shift: 3:00pm–11:00pm

Weekend and holiday availability may be required based on community needs

Qualifications

Previous housekeeping or environmental services experience required

Floor care machine experience preferred

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to support different departments and service areas
