About this Role

As a Logistics Analyst at Ampacity, you'll coordinate the outbound movement of solar components from our Distribution Center to project sites across North America. You'll work with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of critical materials like solar panels, racking systems, and inverters to construction sites.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include tracking shipments, managing carrier relationships, maintaining shipping documentation, and analyzing logistics data to identify process improvements. You'll collaborate closely with procurement, sales, operations, and project management teams to ensure seamless logistics execution.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys problem-solving, data analysis, and coordinating complex operations in the growing clean energy industry.

Pay Range: $24-$27 per hour

What You'll Do

  • Plan and track outbound shipments to meet customer requirements, while proactively mitigating potential disruptions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams—including procurement, sales, operations, and project management—to ensure seamless logistics execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of warehouse activity and shipping documentation.
  • Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to ensure smooth coordination across all logistics touchpoints.
  • Analyze logistics performance data and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and service levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Experience with standard logistics and shipping software
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously
