Overview

We are seeking a high agency and experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Internal Tools product team. As a senior individual contributor, the successful candidate will own a product area end-to-end — from strategy and roadmap through delivery, adoption, and measurable business outcomes — while partnering directly with leadership to shape product direction. They will identify and analyze market and technology trends, collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new features and products, and mentor junior product managers to raise the bar on product craft across the team.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for a product area end-to-end, aligning priorities with business strategy and securing leadership buy-in
  • Collaborate with engineering to define product requirements and develop technical specifications for complex, multi-team features and products
  • Conduct market and technology research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas of growth, including applications of AI/ML to internal workflows
  • Define and analyse key metrics to measure the success of our products, and use them to drive prioritization and continuous improvement
  • Communicate product strategy, updates, and trade-offs to senior leadership, internal stakeholders, and customers
  • Mentor junior product managers on discovery, specification quality, and stakeholder management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field; MBA is an added advantage
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a B2B SaaS/PaaS/IaaS environment, with demonstrated end-to-end ownership of a product or product area
  • Hands-on AI prototyping and wireframing, along with a strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies; experience shipping AI/ML-powered features is a strong plus
  • Ability to translate technical concepts to business value and communicate crisply to senior management and peers
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and scaling new products and features, including zero-to-one initiatives
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and project management tools
  • Comfortably working with software engineers, architects and data engineers on technical topics such as data architecture, APIs, and Services; able to be a credible counterpart in technical trade-off and design discussions
  • Experience mentoring or guiding other product managers is a plus
