Coverage
8am-7pm 5 days a week on French and Belgian working days
Standby arrangement for major events (GOLD level services only)
About you
Required Qualifications
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
Experience: 2+ years in IT/security operations or system administration.
Certifications/Skills (at least some of the following)
Trellix ePO (AV)
Microsoft Defender (XDR) / WSUS / Print Services (MCSA 70-411 or equivalent) > Windows Server
Wallix (Remote Access &PAM)
Cybereason (EDR)
Zscaler (Branch Connector - SDWAN) ,ZIA and ZPA is a plus
F5 (WAF and LTM)
Infoblox (NTP)
System administration (Windows and Linux)
Syncovery (backup), Silversield (data transfer),
SIOTH (orchestrator),
Qlikview (Reporting/dashboard)
Languages
French: Minimum B2 level (spoken) – required for internal coordination and meetings
English: Strong written and spoken skills required – equivalent to B2 or higher
