Clinical Assistant

The selected candidate will support fertility care through clinical procedures, patient coordination, sample collection, medication management, and maintaining accurate records. Requires a Nursing degree, relevant healthcare experience, strong clinical skills, good organization, communication abilities, and a patient-focused approach

What you will be doing

Assist doctors during fertility procedures and collect laboratory samples.

Coordinate patient appointments, treatments, and follow-ups.

Manage medications, clinical supplies, and patient records.

Liaise with laboratory teams and update patients on treatment progress.

Provide patient support through communication and care coordination.

Ensure compliance with healthcare standards and procedures.

Contribute to training, improvement projects, and service development.

What are we looking for?

Degree in Nursing.

Previous experience in a fertility clinic or similar healthcare environment is preferred.

Strong phlebotomy and clinical skills with a focus on patient safety.

Ability to manage patient data and use healthcare management systems.

Excellent organisation and multitasking skills.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
