Tractor Driver Grounds

The Tractor Operator for PowerWorks (PWI) is responsible for maintaining all grounds-related functions for the assigned locations. The work is performed through the proper use of motorized and hand-powered equipment. All responsibilities are completed by exercising safe usage practices of all equipment under the direction of the leaders. The Tractor Operator must maintain grounds to contract standards and expectations.

Essential Job Duties

• Drives a tractor for grounds maintenance, uses appropriate landscaping equipment and ensures all assigned tasks are completed according to contract and company specifications
• Performs minor maintenance -Cleans and performs minor preventive maintenance to tractor and equipment.
• Ability to use landscaping equipment such as line trimmer, backpack blowers, and zero-turn mowers
• Ensure to adhere to organization and contract policies and procedures
• Promote high levels of customer satisfaction by providing a high-quality level of service

Education and Experience

Requires a level of knowledge normally gained with a High Scholl diploma or GED

6 months experience

Pass background check

Valid Driver License
