Product Mangement Intern

Job Description: Product Intern Location: Bangalore Duration: 3-6 Months (Immediate Joiners Preferred)

About the Role We’re looking for a smart and curious Product Intern to join the product team at Digitap. You will work closely with the Product Manager on fintech underwriting products, mainly focused on bank statement parsing solutions used by lenders for risk assessment and decision making. This is a hands-on role where you’ll help with product operations, client integrations, documentation, and coordination with internal teams, giving you exposure to how fintech products are built and managed in a fast-paced startup environment.

Key Responsibilities ● Support day-to-day product operations, including tracking and monitoring parsing issues, client queries and other operational challenges. ● Work with clients to understand their requirements and use cases, and coordinate with internal teams to address them. ● Assist clients with API integrations and onboarding, and help resolve integration-related queries. ● Develop a good understanding of the product and maintain clear documentation for features and workflows. ● Work closely with engineering, customer support, and business teams to track live issues, support feature releases, and ensure smooth execution. ● Conduct market and competitor research to understand similar fintech products and share insights for product improvements.

Qualifications & Skills ● Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management, or related fields preferred. (0–2 years experience). ● Good communication and problem-solving skills. ● Basic understanding of APIs and SaaS products Preferred. ● Interest in product management and fintech products. ● Comfortable working closely with clients and internal teams. ● Quick learner with a proactive attitude. ● Immediate joiners preferred.
