Fine Dining & Lounge Host / Hostess (10 Openings)

Job Overview

We are seeking 10 professional, high-energy Hosts and Hostesses for seasonal contract positions. Our unique, premier venue features three distinct levels: an elegant fine dining room, a busy casual restaurant, and a high-end nightlife club. You will be the face of the venue, welcoming guests and managing seating flow across all three concepts.

Compensation & Perks

• Hourly Wage: $16.50 – $18.00 / hour (Based on experience)
• Additional Pay: Daily tip-share eligibility
• Position Type: Seasonal Contract (No benefits provided)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage seating across fine dining, casual, and club levels.
• Master the reservation system to balance walk-ins, reservations, and VIP lists.
• Communicate constantly with servers, security, and managers to maximize table flow.
• Keep the front door and host stations organized during high-volume rushes.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Polished, professional demeanor suitable for upscale dining and nightlife.
• Ability to stay calm and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous restaurant, lounge, or hospitality experience is preferred.

Schedule/Hours

• Full-time and part-time hours available.
• Must have flexible availability, including late-night weekend shifts (Friday/Saturday).
