About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Chief Digital Officer (CDO) to lead our digital strategy and help drive innovation across the organization. In this executive leadership role, you'll work closely with senior leadership to develop and execute initiatives that improve business operations, enhance customer experiences, and support long-term growth through technology and digital transformation.

What You'll Do
- Develop and lead the company's digital transformation strategy.
- Partner with executive leadership to align digital initiatives with business goals.
- Oversee digital products, platforms, systems, and technology initiatives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to modernize business processes through technology and automation.
- Manage enterprise digital transformation projects from planning through execution.
- Establish key performance metrics and monitor the success of digital initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- 2+ years of leadership experience in digital transformation, technology, business strategy, or executive management.
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide digital initiatives.
- Strong knowledge of cloud technologies, data analytics, AI, automation, cybersecurity, and modern business applications.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic decision-making skills.
Compensation & Benefits
- Pay: $110.00–$180.00 per hour
- Annual Salary: $228,800–$374,400
