Maintenance Officer

We are working closely alongside a Local Authority in Vale of Glamorgan to assist with the appointment of a Maintenance Officer , on a 6-month contract , highly likely to be extended at clients discretion. Please apply with your CV for immediate consideration.

Rate of Pay: £123.50 - £162.85 per day

Summary

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Officer (Painter & Decorator) to join a busy and established team. The successful candidate will carry out high-quality internal and external painting and decorating works across residential properties while delivering excellent customer service to tenants.

Responsibilities

• Carry out internal and external painting and decorating works
• Deliver high-quality repairs and maintenance to residential properties
• Ensure work is completed safely and to a high standard
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to meet service targets
• Maintain a professional and respectful approach when working in occupied homes

Essentials

• Fully qualified Painter & Decorator
• Proven experience in internal and external painting
• Full UK Driving Licence
• Ability to work efficiently as part of a team
• Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a respectful approach when working in tenants' homes
