Chef de Partie | Work in the Frisian Islands (The Netherlands) | Accommodation Provided

Job Adventure , an international recruitment company, is looking for experienced Chef de Partie professionals to join hotels, resorts, beach clubs, and holiday parks located in the beautiful Frisian Islands , in the north of the Netherlands.

The Frisian Islands are a UNESCO World Heritage Site, famous for their breathtaking nature, sandy beaches, and unique coastal landscapes. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable international hospitality experience while working in professional and multicultural kitchen teams.

What will you do?

As a Chef de Partie , you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes while ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Your responsibilities include

• Preparing hot and cold dishes independently.
• Managing your own section during service.
• Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards (HACCP).
• Keeping your workstation clean, organized, and efficient.
• Working closely with the Sous Chef and Head Chef.
• Contributing to a positive and professional kitchen environment.

What are we looking for?

• Experience as a Chef de Partie or Independent Cook.
• Minimum 2 years of experience plus a culinary diploma , or 5 years of proven professional experience .
• Communicative English (minimum B1–B2 ). The interview will be conducted in English.
• EU citizenship or a valid Dutch work permit.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Salary & Benefits

• Gross hourly salary: €16.00
• Average 38 working hours per week (more hours during high season and fewer during low season).
• Weekly salary payments.
• 8% holiday allowance paid on top of your annual salary.
• 25 paid vacation days per year (full-time basis).
• Tips shared equally among all employees.
• Meals during shifts are often provided (depending on the location).

Accommodation

Accommodation is arranged by the employer.

• Weekly cost between €60 and €130 (depending on the location).
• Fully furnished accommodation.
• Wi-Fi and utilities included.
• Staff accommodation close to the workplace.
