Job description
A Management Agent is responsible for coordinating daily business operations, supporting organizational objectives, supervising staff, and ensuring efficient workflows. This role serves as a liaison between management, employees, customers, and other stakeholders while maintaining operational excellence and helping achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee daily operational activities.
- Supervise, support, and motivate team members to meet performance goals.
- Monitor employee productivity and provide coaching and feedback.
- Assist with planning, organizing, and implementing business strategies.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues professionally.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in management, supervision, administration, or customer service.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and business management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
