Site Admin - Offshore
Job description
Are you an organized and proactive professional with experience in offshore operations? Join our team and play a key role in supporting day-to-day site administration and project coordination.
Location: UAE (Offshore)
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily administrative activities for offshore operations.
- Maintain employee records, leave rotation trackers, and project master registers.
- Update internal databases and ensure accurate documentation.
- Coordinate with employees, project leads, travel desk, transport, and facilities departments.
- Monitor employee compliance with company policies and UAE labor regulations.
- Manage PPE distribution and maintain related records.
- Handle employee inquiries and maintain complaint logs.
- Support HSE activities and ensure proper use of PPE on site.
Requirements
- Minimum Higher Secondary Certificate or Diploma (HR qualification is an advantage).
- 3–6 years of relevant experience, preferably in offshore or oil & gas operations.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law is an advantage.
