Job Description
- Drive Business Development & Revenue Growth — achieve revenue targets across Training & Development, Consulting Services, Employee Outsourcing, Process Outsourcing, and Recruitment through new business acquisition and market expansion
- Grow Peoplei revenue and drive adoption and volume growth of Perfect Pay Wallets through your team's client engagement and outreach
- Lead Strategy & Planning — support senior management in setting the annual sales strategy, prepare and present annual budgets and forecasts, and conduct quarterly performance reviews
- Build and maintain a database of top-tier prospects using tools like ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, sharing updated pipelines with the marketing team monthly
- Ensure all inbound leads (via Bitrix and other channels) are addressed promptly by the sales team on a daily basis
- Manage Client Relationships & Attrition — retain key accounts, resolve customer concerns, cross-sell additional services, and optimize pricing and volume to grow wallet share
- Oversee Documentation, Compliance & Audit — ensure timely renewal of client agreements and contracts, with accurate summaries submitted at least two weeks before expiration, and maintain adherence to SOPs and SLAs
- Ensure monthly, quarterly, and yearly performance reports are prepared accurately and submitted on time
- Lead Special Projects — deliver assigned strategic initiatives to established quality standards and within designated timelines
Experience & Requirement
- 8–10 years of progressive experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management, ideally within HR outsourcing, staffing, or B2B services
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding revenue targets and driving new business acquisition
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools (Bitrix, Salesforce, or similar) and sales intelligence platforms (ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Excellent negotiation, client relationship management, and cross-selling skills
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing sales teams
- Strong analytical and financial acumen for budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting
- Sharp decision-making and problem-solving skills, even under pressure
Base Salary & Benefits
- Base Salary: up to PKR 450,000/month
