Location: Dublin 3
Salary: €40,000 per annum (Salary review after successful completion of the first 6 months) Working Arrangement: Office-based for the first 6 months, with a review thereafter regarding hybrid working

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out Building Energy Rating (BER) assessments for residential and/or commercial properties in accordance with SEAI standards.
- Conduct on-site property surveys, collecting accurate building measurements and construction details.
- Produce BER certificates and advisory reports using approved DEAP software.
- Ensure all assessments comply with SEAI regulations, Building Regulations, and relevant industry standards.
- Liaise professionally with homeowners, clients, estate agents, developers, and contractors.
- Maintain accurate records and assessment documentation.
- Schedule and manage appointments efficiently to ensure deadlines are met.
- Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Keep up to date with changes to BER legislation, building regulations, and SEAI requirements.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a high standard of service delivery.
- Identify opportunities to improve internal processes and customer experience.
About You
We are looking for someone who is organised, customer-focused, and passionate about delivering high-quality work.
You will have
- BER Assessor qualification and registration with SEAI.
- Previous experience carrying out BER assessments.
- Good understanding of Irish Building Regulations and energy efficiency principles.
- Experience using DEAP software is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
- A full, clean Irish driving licence.
