As a volunteer Front Office Representative at the Shared Service Centre, you'll help those seeking help, volunteers, and partners find their way with the right information and support. The goal of the front office is to provide the right support based on the needs of the person seeking help, in a way that is well-coordinated and tailored to their needs. We work in a way where all parties involved collaborate with the person seeking help to explore how they can become more self-sufficient and gain better opportunities to move forward. What will you be doing? You: • Are the first point of contact for those seeking help, as well as for internal volunteers and external partners, regarding general matters in the region. • Ensure appropriate referrals within the region where necessary and monitor the quality of information. • Manage the mailbox and telephone for the Shared Service Centre for the region. • Take minutes at board meetings upon request and, upon request, take on tasks in collaboration with professionals in the region. • Also, upon request, arrange flowers, gifts, and cards for happy or joyful, but sometimes also sad, occasions. What do you bring? You: • have an affinity with the target group and know how to interact with them carefully and respectfully • are strong and clear in your organization and communication skills • are administratively strong and familiar with MS Office (Office 365 is a plus) • are service- and solution-oriented, flexible, and accurate • are available 8 hours per week, 2 half-days or 1 full day by arrangement, and work pr...
