Position Summary

Responsible for the coordination of the pharmacy quality and regulatory programs. Plans, gathers, measures and analyzing data and quality metrics. Conducts accreditation and regulatory tasks/activities and collaborates with pharmacy leadership to incorporate accreditation and regulatory standards into pharmacy operations for the departments/areas assigned.

Required License and Certifications: *Active health-care related professional registration or licensure (e.g., Registered Pharmacist, Registered Nurse, Registered Pharmacy Technician)

Preferred License and Certifications: *Certification from the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) *Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) *Healthcare accreditation-related certification

Education: *Associate's degree required *Bachelor's degree preferred

Experience (required): *3 years of healthcare experience in pharmacy, quality, accreditation, patient safety, or related healthcare field

Experience (preferred): *Epic experience, including Epic Willow Ambulatory *Experience and participation in cross-functional, interdisciplinary, or system-level initiatives *5 years experience in pharmacy, preferred in the ambulatory setting (specialty pharmacy, home/ambulatory infusion) *Demonstrated experience supporting accreditation surveys, regulatory compliance activities, or quality improvement programs within and healthcare setting

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: *Strong and professional communication skills, with ability to articulate clearly and effectively with stakeholders *Analytical and problem-solving skills: capable of drawing unbiased conclusions and formulating actionable plans based on qualitative and quantitative data *Adaptability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines simultaneously, with attention to detail and follow-up/follow through skills *Effective problem-solving skills

The posted salary represents a market competitive range based on salary survey benchmark data for similar roles in the local or national market. Annual salaries displayed are based on full-time employment (40 standard hrs per week). Annual salaries for part-time positions will be prorated based on the employee’s scheduled weekly hours in relation to the full-time standard. When determining individual pay rates, we carefully consider a wide range of factors including but not limited to market indicators for the specific role, the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate, internal equity and organizational needs.

In addition to your salary, this position may be eligible for medical, dental, vision, retirement, and other fringe benefits. Positions that require night, weekend or on-call work may be eligible for shift differentials or premium pay.
