Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior Support Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Provide Help Desk support to users via telephone and remote desktop assistance.
  • Deliver on-site user support, when required.
  • Use and manage support requests through ticketing system.
  • Configure and deploy new computers using disk images.
  • Perform basic computer repairs and hardware/software upgrades.
  • Troubleshoot and maintain printers, including paper jam resolution and consumables replacement.
  • Relocate and set up workstations (computers, monitors, peripherals, etc.) and perform structured cabling modifications as needed.
  • Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of professional experience in related role.
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Basic experience with Active Directory administration is considered an advantage.
  • Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems.
  • Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
