Due to the continuous growth of our company, we are currently looking for a Junior Support Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities
- Provide Help Desk support to users via telephone and remote desktop assistance.
- Deliver on-site user support, when required.
- Use and manage support requests through ticketing system.
- Configure and deploy new computers using disk images.
- Perform basic computer repairs and hardware/software upgrades.
- Troubleshoot and maintain printers, including paper jam resolution and consumables replacement.
- Relocate and set up workstations (computers, monitors, peripherals, etc.) and perform structured cabling modifications as needed.
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of professional experience in related role.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Basic experience with Active Directory administration is considered an advantage.
- Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems.
- Fluency in Greek and in English, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
- Multi-tasking and organizational skills, ability to work under tight deadlines.
