Job description

We're looking for a compassionate and skilled Spa Therapist to join our wellness team in Udaipur, India. In this role, you'll deliver exceptional therapeutic treatments while creating a serene and rejuvenating experience for every guest. As a Spa Therapist, you'll combine technical expertise with genuine care, ensuring each client leaves feeling restored and valued. Your dedication to excellence and attention to detail will be instrumental in maintaining our spa's reputation for outstanding service and professionalism.

  • Perform a variety of massage, facial, and body treatments according to established spa protocols and client preferences
  • Assess client needs through attentive listening and consultation, making personalized treatment and home care recommendations
  • Maintain the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and visual presentation in all treatment areas
  • Create a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment that makes guests feel comfortable and cared for
  • Manage treatment room inventory, restocking supplies, and organizing materials efficiently
  • Assist with spa facility maintenance, including linen management and general cleaning tasks
  • Document client preferences and treatment outcomes to support continuity of care
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless operations and exceptional guest experiences
  • Uphold professional boundaries and confidentiality in all client interactions
  • Adapt to scheduling flexibility, including weekends and holidays as needed
  • Current certification from a recognized massage therapy school or equivalent qualification
  • Proven experience performing massages, facials, and body treatments, preferably in a luxury spa or hospitality environment
  • Current CPR and First Aid certification
  • Strong knowledge of spa protocols, sanitation standards, and therapeutic treatment techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine commitment to customer service
  • Ability to meet physical requirements of the role, including frequent standing and walking, occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, and lifting
  • Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong attention to detail and quality
