The Corporate Programs Analyst reports directly to the Manager of Corporate Programs and Pricing, conducting precise analyses to aid in the formulation of corporate pricing strategies, forecasting new contracts to enhance revenue, and retaining market share and performance.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and deliver all current corporate data collection, ensuring data integrity and assessment in new systems for booked, ticketed, or flown data.
  • Expand pricing and processes for all Corporate Sales in North America and internationally within Salesforce, as well as all corporate data sources, including Power BI, Salesforce Corporate Insight, and CONGA Insight reports.
  • Report and support the development of CONGA CPQ Smart pricing management and New Corporate Solutions (NCS) in phases.
  • Collaborate with the manager on strategic projects to optimize corporate revenue and acquire incremental business.
  • Implement profitable corporate contracts and pricing initiatives for full network joint venture accounts to protect and grow revenue beyond one billion dollars.
  • Monitor, analyze, and respond to competitive discount initiatives to achieve Corporate Sales objectives.
  • Provide in-depth analytical strategies for Corporate Sales Managers and ad hoc reporting for executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Implement changes to existing contract structures and cost strategies to drive incremental revenues.
  • Coordinate with internal AC revenue management and other JV contract management teams to establish joint discounts and strategies in the marketplace.
  • Work cross-functionally and closely with the Corporate Programs implementation team and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Hold an undergraduate degree in Business or possess equivalent experience. Studies in mathematics, economics, or statistics are advantageous.
  • Bring a minimum of 2 years of managerial sales experience in a similar capacity.
  • Demonstrate strong analytical skills when handling complex data and industry information.
  • Exhibit and demonstrate dependability, dedicated team collaboration, and coaching abilities.
  • Utilize analytical and critical thinking skills to recommend and implement effective solutions.
  • Thrive under pressure and consistently deliver quality results in a timely manner.
  • Showcase a strong ability to prioritize tasks and multitask efficiently.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (oral and written) in dealing with internal and external partners - must be a team player.
  • Proven ability to quality check and validate facts, figures, and feedback.
  • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Salesforce, Conga, DocuSign, or other CRM tools.
  • Airline industry experience is an asset.
