Personal Care Aide - AFC

Schedule: Full Time | 40 hours per week | 3rd Shift | 10:00 pm -6:30 pm | Varying Weekdays, Weekends Included Department: Participant Care | Muskegon, MI

What You'll Do In This Role: The Personal Care Attendant (PCA) is a versatile caregiver who provides compassionate, person-centered support to adults age 55 and older in an Adult Foster Care setting. This role assists with personal care, medications, meals, housekeeping, and life enrichment activities while helping maintain a safe, home-like environment. The PCA supports participants in achieving the highest level of independence, dignity, and quality of life through everyday care and connection.
