Role Hours: Monday–Thursday 8:30 a.m.–5:15 p.m.

We are seeking a caring, detail-oriented, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about preventive care, educating patients, and building lasting relationships that support long-term oral health. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental hygiene care including assessments, scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, and sealants.
- Perform periodontal evaluations and document findings accurately.
- Take digital radiographs according to practice protocols.
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment plans.
- Maintain strict infection control and sterilization procedures (IPAC compliance).
- Collaborate closely with dentists and the clinical team to support optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient charts using [Practice Management Software].
- Ensure operatory cleanliness, organization, and readiness for each patient.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive patient experience at every visit.
Qualifications
- Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO).
- Completion of an accredited Dental Hygiene program.
- Current CPR/BLS certification (required).
- Strong knowledge of periodontal therapy and preventive care.
- Experience with digital radiography and hygiene-specific tools.
- Familiarity with dental software such as Tracker, Dentrix, Abeldent, Paradigm, Cleardent, or similar (asset).
- Excellent communication and patient education skills.
- Strong attention to detail, clinical accuracy, and infection-control compliance.
- Positive, compassionate, and team-oriented approach.

Compensation
• Pay Range: $50+ per hour
• Compensation is commensurate with experience and skills, with eligibility for performance based incentive opportunities.
