Physical Therapist (PT) & Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - Per Diem | O'ahu, HI
💰 Potential to Earn $100,000-$120,000/Year
Pay
- PT: $80 per visit
- PTA: $55-$60 per visit
Location: O'ahu, HI (reliable transportation required) Schedule: Flexible / Per diem - choose your own patients

We're currently hiring licensed Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants who are passionate about improving lives through quality, in-home and community-based therapy.

Responsibilities
- Provide in-home physical therapy visits
- Complete evaluations, reassessments, and fall risk assessments
- Document accurately and communicate progress with the care team
Requirements
- Current Hawaii license as PT or PTA
- 1+ year of clinical experience (home health preferred)
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
