Junior Motion Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Junior Motion Designer to join our team. As a Junior Motion Designer, you will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create engaging and dynamic visual content for our online training courses and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to develop concepts and storyboards for motion graphics and animations
• Create high-quality motion graphics and animations for online training courses and marketing materials
• Utilize industry-standard software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator to create visually appealing and engaging content
• Edit and manipulate existing video and audio assets to create cohesive and impactful videos
• Work within project timelines and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of projects
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of our visual content
• Assist with other design tasks as needed, such as creating graphics for social media and email marketing campaigns

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Motion Design, Graphic Design, or a related field
• 1-2 years of experience in motion design or animation
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Illustrator
• Strong understanding of design principles and storytelling
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
