Network-level oversight of perioperative services across 20 operating rooms (multi-site environment)

Reports directly to the System Chief Nursing Officer with high visibility to executive leadership

Responsible for driving OR performance, throughput, and overall operational efficiency

Partner closely with surgeons, anesthesia leadership, and nursing to drive alignment and accountability

Assess current operations and implement strategic, sustainable improvements across the service line

BSN required, Masters preferred

New York nursing license not required but must be willing to obtain
