About This Opportunity
Do you enjoy delivering exceptional service, coordinating details, and helping others create memorable travel experiences? We are currently seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our growing remote team as Travel Concierge Support Specialist.
In this role, you'll assist clients throughout their travel journey by providing personalized support, helping organize travel arrangements, and ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism and care. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy relationship-building, problem-solving, and working independently in a flexible remote setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with travel-related questions and vacation planning needs
- Gather information about traveler preferences, interests, and expectations
- Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, excursions, transportation, and vacation experiences
- Present travel options and recommendations tailored to individual client needs
- Help coordinate reservations, itineraries, and trip-related arrangements
- Provide clients with travel confirmations, schedules, documentation, and important updates
- Support travelers with itinerary revisions, special requests, and service-related concerns
- Verify travel details to help ensure accuracy and completeness
- Maintain organized records, client profiles, and communication history within company systems
- Utilize company resources and supplier information to support travel planning activities
- Participate in training sessions, destination education, and ongoing development programs
