Setup: Full Onsite

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Dayshift

Role Overview

The Multimedia Artist is responsible for creating engaging visual content that supports the company's branding, marketing, and business development initiatives. This role develops high-quality digital and print materials, multimedia assets, and creative campaigns across various platforms while ensuring consistent brand identity. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, technologically adept, and eager to explore new design trends and digital marketing tools.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Multimedia Arts, Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, Advertising, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in multimedia design, graphic design, digital content creation, or a related creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design, branding, video editing, presentation design, and digital marketing materials.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro), Canva, CapCut or similar video editing software, Google Workspace (including Google Slides), and Apple Keynote.
  • Familiarity with Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms, WordPress, Elementor, Figma, and AI-powered creative tools is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and website content management systems is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, visual storytelling, and branding principles.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to continuously learn emerging design technologies, digital marketing trends, and creative best practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop high-quality graphics, videos, and multimedia content for digital platforms, social media, websites, print materials, and marketing campaigns.
  • Design a wide range of marketing collateral, including brochures, company profiles, presentations, flyers, banners, sales materials, and promotional assets.
  • Create engaging visual content that supports branding, lead generation, and digital marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in updating website content, graphics, and landing pages to ensure a consistent and engaging online presence.
  • Design and develop email marketing materials using Mailchimp or similar email marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team and other internal stakeholders to translate concepts into compelling visual communications.
  • Present creative concepts, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging design techniques, AI-powered creative tools, website design practices, SEO fundamentals, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Ensure all creative outputs are delivered accurately, on schedule, and aligned with project objectives and brand standards.
