Associate Director We have a unique opportunity for an experienced senior broker to join our Auckland team as an Associate Director in our Corporate Broking team. About the Mahi As an Associate Director you will service a book of corporate clients and be the key point of contact, providing professional, accurate and efficient response to clients needs. Not only will you maintain a strong relationship with current clients, but you will also identify opportunities for growth and new business. Some of your responsibilities will include: Preparing proposals for new business opportunities Coordinating client renewals and preparing premium calculations Support and guide other members of the team where required Skills and experience that will lead to success You will be a natural at building lasting, trusted relationships. Key to being successful in this role, is your experience in the insurance field, within a corporate book. Though this is not a leadership role, you will demonstrate the ability to mentor and support junior members of the team. A few key areas we are looking for: You are required to hold your Level 5 General Insurance qualification You will be confident in your communication style, a strong negotiator and have outstanding written and presentation skills The ability to think bigger picture, offering wider solutions to clients within your current portfolio Why Aon?
