Fonctions et responsabilités : • Write and edit articles, leadership messages, people stories, and content aligned with ArcelorMittal's editorial standards.

• Support internal communications on technology topics, including digitalisation, artificial intelligence, technical forums, and advancements led by GCTO teams.
• Enhance visibility of GCTO and Europe leadership through interviews, storytelling, and strategic content.
• Develop communication materials on key topics such as innovation, knowledge sharing, process safety management, safety integration in capital projects, sustainability, Steel Academy, and transversal business functions.
• Manage, update, and create intranet portals for GCTO, Europe, and related functions, ensuring structure, clarity, and brand compliance.
• Support social media and employee advocacy activities, including content planning, posting, and performance measurement.
• Coordinate and manage communication projects and campaigns for GCTO, Europe and transversal functions.
• Support communications for the Global Performance Excellence Awards, including articles, updates, interviews, and ceremony content.
• Prepare and manage mass mailings through MAPP and monitor engagement to optimise messaging.
• Ensure all communications comply with ArcelorMittal brand guidelines and visual identity standards; conduct brand checks where needed.
• Manage calendars of communication activities, collect feedback, and support surveys to evaluate communication impact. Compétences : • Demonstrated experience creating and managing intranet portals on SharePoint.
• Strong proficiency in IT and communication tools, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Canva for design, CapCut for video editing, MAPP for mass mails, and SharePoint for intranet management.
• A strong interest in technology, with hands on experience using artificial intelligence tools such as Colossyan and Microsoft Copilot agents to support internal communications is mandatory. • Formation : • Master's degree in communications, marketing, business or management. Personnalité/ Aptitudes : • A results-driven, proactive team player with strong multicultural awareness and excellent customer service orientation.
• Experience working in international environments; cross-cultural competence is an advantage. Expérience : • Minimum 3 years of internal communications experience in the steel industry, in a global or multi-country role, and proven editorial skills writing in UK English.
