Job summary

This role will serve as the business owner for Unit Linked product initiatives and projects, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to enhance the end-to-end Unit Linked ecosystem, improve advisor experience, and drive business growth through effective activation, training, and campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

Unit Linked Product & Project Management

  • Act as the business owner for Unit Linked product-related projects and initiatives.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to improve sales tools, digital platforms, core systems, data solutions, and after-sales service processes.
  • Gather insights from key Unit Linked producers and stakeholders to identify opportunities for business improvement.
  • Monitor project progress, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely execution of initiatives.

Unit Linked Advisory

  • Provide expert guidance on Unit Linked products, investment funds, underwriting requirements, regulatory updates, and sales processes.
  • Support advisors and sales teams in delivering effective financial planning solutions and overcoming sales challenges.
  • Analyse market trends, product competitiveness, and customer need to support business strategy.

Business Activation & Campaign Management

  • Develop and execute initiatives to drive advisor engagement, activation, productivity, and business growth.
  • Lead regional campaigns and sales activities to ensure high-quality execution and measurable results.
  • Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend enhancement opportunities.

Training & Capability Development

  • Design and deliver training programs that enhance sales capability and product knowledge.
  • Identify development needs and implement learning solutions to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to provide effective learning experiences.

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • Min. 5 years of relevant experience in insurance, banking, wealth management, financial planning, product management, sales development, or training
  • Strong understanding of Unit Linked products and the financial advisory business
  • Strong familiar with both internal and external insurance agencies

Nice to Have

  • Excellent stakeholder management, presentation, and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; knowledge of Power BI or Tableau is an advantage
  • Certified IC Licence will be advantage
  • Good Communication in English
  • Any AI-future skills e.g., ChatGPT, or CoPilot365, will be advantage
