I2P Process and Solution Lead

The ideal candidate will have strong end-to-end I2P process knowledge along with hands-on experience in finance technology solutions and SAP implementation programs.

Accountabilities

● Lead the Invoice to Pay (I2P) process and solution portfolio, driving process standardization, optimization, and digital transformation.
● Manage a portfolio of multiple initiatives, ensuring successful delivery across project timelines, quality, budget, and business outcomes.
● Lead cross-functional teams and provide coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
● Partner with global business stakeholders, IT, and system integrators to define and implement scalable finance solutions.
● Drive solution design, implementation, testing, deployment, and hypercare activities for SAP S/4HANA initiatives.
● Manage governance, risks, escalations, and stakeholder communications across multiple programs.
● Act as a bridge between business process requirements and technology solutions to ensure effective end-to-end delivery.
 

• 15+ years of experience in Finance Process & Technology, with deep expertise in the Invoice to Pay domain.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of Invoice to Pay processes, including invoice processing, approvals, exception handling, vendor management, and payment processes.
• Hands-on experience with:

SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
Intelligent Capture
SAP Concur
SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs

• Proven experience in at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation, including solution design, testing, deployment, and business adoption.
• Experience managing a portfolio of multiple projects or a strategic book of work simultaneously.
• Strong people leadership experience, including managing high-performing teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology leaders.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.
• Experience working in a global, matrix organization is highly desirable.
