Job description
As the Assistant Marketing Manager, Content & Social Media of Colliers Hong Kong, you will support the execution of integrated marketing initiatives across social media, digital channels and content platforms. Working closely with the Head of Marketing & Communications, Content & Public Relations lead and broader business teams, you will be responsible for creating engaging content, growing audience engagement, managing social media channels and supporting campaigns that enhance Colliers' brand visibility and business development efforts.
This is a hands-on role for a proactive marketer who enjoys storytelling, content creation and social media management, and is passionate about bringing ideas to life across multiple platforms.
How you would contribute to business:
Content & Storytelling
Create and repurpose content across multiple formats, including social media posts, videos, infographics, EDMs, articles and website content.
Identify content opportunities by working closely with internal stakeholders and business teams.
Contribute fresh ideas to marketing campaigns, with a focus on commercial property.
Social Media & Digital Engagement
Manage and grow Colliers Hong Kong's social media presence across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat, Red Note and other platforms.
Coordinate content planning, scheduling and publishing to ensure a consistent and engaging brand presence.
Stay informed on emerging social media trends, content formats and digital engagement opportunities.
Campaigns, Events & Brand Building
Drive the execution of integrated marketing campaigns, thought leadership initiatives, research report launches and corporate events.
Coordinate with external agencies, designers, videographers and other vendors to deliver marketing projects effectively.
Support a variety of brand-building initiatives, such as media interviews, client engagement events, internal events.
Performance & Insights
Monitor campaign and content performance, providing regular reports and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.
Skills & Experience that help you excel in this role:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business or a related discipline.
3-5 years of experience in content marketing, social media management, corporate communications or a related field.
Proven experience managing corporate social media channels and developing engaging content.
Familiarity with LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, WeChat, Red Note and other platforms is highly desirable.
Knowledge of video shooting and editing is a plus.
Creative, detail-oriented and proactive, with a strong interest in content creation and audience engagement.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
