Position Overview
The Customer Service and Administration Representative supports both customer service and daily office administration. This role serves as a backup for the Customer Experience Representative while assisting with office operations, administrative tasks, customer communications, sales support, and local events. The position also provides administrative support to senior management and helps coordinate office inventory and warehouse-related activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and process local orders.
- Assisting the senior management team where needed.
- Act as backup for the Customer Experience Representative when required.
- Respond to customer inquiries and direct requests to the appropriate teams.
- Handle day-to-day office administration and provide support to senior management.
- Conduct outbound calls to consultants, designers, and prospects to schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Coordinate office supplies, physical inventory, and warehouse-related administrative tasks.
- Welcome and assist visiting customers, partners, and vendors.
- Support marketing activities, exhibitions, trade shows, and local events.
- Assist with general administrative tasks and cross-functional projects as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in customer service, administration, or sales support.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Arabic is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ERP experience is an advantage.
- Customer-focused, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
